''My career started in home improvements when I was eighteen, training as a designer at a large, privately owned company. I was with this company for over three years, working in numerous studios up and down the country and became one of three top designers (out of two hundred and fifty).

I then moved on to sales manager, working in Kent, London, South Wales and finally back home to the North West.

Since then I have managed kitchen companies and in the last few years I have owned my own showrooms. From this I have learned that large, expensive showrooms are not necessary to achieve inspired designs and stunning results.
